Refund Policy

Social Beast has a refund policy in place to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services and to provide a fair and transparent process for any refunds that may be necessary.

Our refund policy applies to all services provided by Social Beast, including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and website design and development.

Refund eligibility:

  1. Before the start of any services: If a client cancels their service order before the start of the services, they will receive a full refund.
  2. During services: If a client is not satisfied with the services provided by Social Beast, they can request a refund. In such cases, Social Beast will evaluate the services rendered and determine the appropriate refund amount. Any work already performed by Social Beast will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Completed services: Once the services have been completed, refunds will not be issued, as the client has received the full benefit of the services.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to their designated Social Beast account manager. The request should include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, along with any supporting documentation. Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.
